Swedish massage is probably the most common type of massage available.  A full-body massage offering a lighter or heavier touch depending on your personal preference, and utilizes long, flowing strokes.  Promotes relaxation and eases muscle tension.

Deep tissue massage is a more focused type of massage that uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense.  Neuromuscular and Trigger Point therapy techniques are also utilized to target specific muscle groups and treat chronic muscle problems.

Sports massage therapies are both preventative and therapeutic.  This invigorating massage increases flexibility, aids in conditioning, and promotes the release of toxins responsible for muscle soreness,  Complete with assisted stretches, this is an excellent addition to a regular fitness regimen.  Please wear comfortable shorts.

Chair massage utilizes a specially designed massage chair while you remain fully clothed, this technique concentrates on releasing tension and increasing circulation in the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands.

Lymphatic massage, also known as lymphatic drainage, is a gentle form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to improve metabolism, promote the removal of bodily toxins and waste, and encourage a healthy immune system.

Foot Reflexology starts off with a soothing calf and foot massage and incorporates relaxation and pressure techniques on the tops and bottoms of your feet.  Reflexology is based on the principle that various points on your feet correspond with parts of your body and by stimulating these points, we stimulate your body to heal itself and bring balance.

Circulatory massage consists of squeezing, wringing, and long brisk strokes to heighten the mechanics of the cardiovascular system and move blood into areas where it has been restricted or impeded.  The benefits of this process include stimulation of blood circulation, normalization of blood pressure, increased red blood cell production, elimination of metabolic toxins and fluids, reduction of cardiovascular stress, stimulation of organ and glandular functions while promoting healing and body warmth,  It can be beneficial to people with abnormal blood pressure, Reynaud's disease, varicosities, and diabetes.

Prenatal massage is designed to relieve the daily discomforts of pregnancy, and is a natural and safe way to diminish headaches, leg cramps, and sciatic pain.  You will feel refreshed and relaxed after your massage.
